Thanks to the considerable experience gained over 30 years in the plant engineering sector, Sinteco has the know-how for the design and construction of plants for the use of various chemical, petroleum, synthetic, natural, etc. products, starting from a deep chemical, legislative, toxicological and risk analysis on the various products to be applied in various industrial processes.
Sinteco designs and manufactures storage-tank, transfer and distribution systems in low or high pressure for various flammable and/or non-flammable liquids. Both for large storage in dedicated tanks and in small quantities such as from special IBCs.
We design and build electronic dosing systems, mixing units, and process feeding production, also integrating the electrical/electronic systems, PLC controls, safety sensors, sensors for detecting leaks in the environment, Level sensors, pressure, temperature and flow controls…
With a view to managing general process safety, we also design and manufacture forced extraction air systems for making production in safe area.

  protection intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
• Classification of Areas of the complete process in accordance with the “ATEX” standard.
• SEVESO Directive 2012/18/EU concerning the control of the hazard of major accidents connected with dangerous substances.
