Sinteco Srl designs plants for the Purification of Cosmetic grade LPG, plants that allow the purification of LPG (such as: mixture of Butane/Propane, Isobutane and Propane) from odours deriving from Sulphides, which are present in LPG. This odour is not compatible with the production of cosmetic grade Propellant, for the production of beauty products for body care and also in the Technical Spray sector.
The Purification plant adsorbs the molecules that generate the odour of the mercaptans present in the LPG, giving a totally odourless and non-condensing product.
Furthermore, our LPG purification systems are designed to eliminate the presence of humidity from LPG as much as possible, down to very few ppm. Different types of flow rates characterise the type of plant: from the non-professional plant for operators in the sector with 2 Columns, up to the professional 4-Column system with a flow rate of purified product 5000 litres/hour, with various electronic control options for plant monitoring.
Based on the Customer’s requests, it is also possible to design larger and more performing plants based on needs.
