HFC152a

R152a is a pure hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) which has long been used as an aerosol spray propellant.
R152a is especially used in the manufacturing of aerosol spray bottles containing sector-specific formulations for special applications, such as single-component foam formulations and also beauty products, especially in US-specific formulations.
R152a is a flammable HFC with low GWP (124) and zero ODP.
The use of aerosol-grade R152a is not limited or banned by Regulation (EC) no. 517/2014.
