R1234ze is a pure hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) with low GWP, also known as SOLSTICE GBA, produced by Honeywell.
R1234ze is especially used in the polymer extrusion and expansion process, as this product displays a good insulating performance. This applies to production processes where improving insulation lambda value (lower K factor) is essential.
